Its WeChat and Alipay mini programs are verified as the new name of "移民局12367"(Immigration Administration 12367, PINYIN:YI MIN JU 12367), and the 24/7 online response service is put into use since November 30.
The platform provides a 24/7 service, with real-time bilingual artificial or intelligent response, accepting online business consulting, questions and answers, opinions and suggestions in the field of immigration management and other requests from Chinese and foreign personnel.
