教育部11月6日发布《关于对部分国外院校学历学位认证加强认证审查的公告》，公告称，近期，有13所国外院校硕士、博士学位认证数据出现显著异常，相关举报频繁，根据《国（境）外学历学位认证办法》第二十八条，中心决定从即日起对这些院校（项目）的相关认证申请启动加强审查程序。
The Ministry of Education released an announcement titled "Notice on Enhancing Review on Degree Certifications from Certain Foreign Universities" on November 6. The notice states that recently, there has been a significant anomaly in the certification data for master's and doctoral degrees from 13 foreign universities, with frequent reports. According to Article 28 of the "Methods for the Certification of Overseas Academic Degrees," the Ministry has decided to initiate a strengthened review process for certification applications related to these institutions (programs) starting immediately.
根据教育部留学服务中心公布的名单，13所高校中，4所为菲律宾高校，3所为泰国高校，4所为蒙古高校，还有2所高校分别位于印度尼西亚和新加坡。
According to the list published by the Service Center for International Students and Scholars of the Ministry of Education, among the 13 universities, 4 are located in the Philippines, 3 in Thailand, 4 in Mongolia, and the remaining 2 are situated in Indonesia and Singapore respectively.

教育部留学服务中心表示，加强审查期间，上述院校相关认证申请的处理期限将相应延长，原则上自提交认证申请之日（含）起不少于60个工作日，建议涉及院校的文凭持有人与就读院校保持联系，了解相关情况。同时，建议广大留学人员密切关注加强审查系列公告，审慎选择公告涉及院校（项目）。
The Service Center stated that during the period of enhanced review, the processing time for certification applications related to the aforementioned institutions will be extended, and in principle, it will not be less than 60 working days from the date of submission (inclusive). It is recommended that diploma holders who attended these institutions maintain contact with their universities to understand the relevant circumstances. At the same time, international students are advised to closely monitor the series of announcements regarding the enhanced review and exercise caution when choosing the involved institutions (programs).
