Investigations revealed that she had been staying at her boyfriend's residence, Mr. Ji, since her arrival on May 20th, and had not applied for the accommodation registration with the public security authorities during this period.
据吉县公安6月17日报到，近日，吉县公安局出入境管理大队民警在工作中发现，一名持缅甸籍护照的女子在该县辖区居住但未申报住宿登记。经查，该缅甸籍女子5月20日来到吉县后一直居住在其男朋友姬某家中，期间未向公安机关申请办理住宿登记手续。
In accordance with Article 39, Paragraph 2, and Article 76, Paragraph 1, Item 6, of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, penalties including a warning and a fine were imposed on the violator.
根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第三十九条第二款、第七十六条第一款第六项之规定，对该违法行为人作出警告并处罚款的行政处罚。
