In November of the same year, she worked as a singer and MC at Jinchang Aist Entertainment Co., Ltd. in Jinchuan District of the city. However, after only 40 days of work, the individual left Jinchang without reporting to the Entry-Exit Administration Department of Jinchang Public Security Bureau and canceling her work visa as required by law. It is noteworthy that her work residence permit was declared invalid by the Jinchang Public Security Bureau on January 4, 2024, in accordance with the law and was announced on the "Jinchang Public Security" WeChat official account (invalidated after 10 days of public notice).
经查，违法行为人N（化名）系喀麦隆籍人，于2023年10月抵达金昌市。同年11月，其在金昌市金川区金昌爱斯特娱乐有限公司从事唱歌和喊麦工作。但在工作仅40天后，该当事人擅自离开金昌，并未依法向金昌市公安局出入境管理处报备并注销其工作签证。值得注意的是，其持有的工作类居留许可已于2024年1月4日被金昌市公安局依法宣布作废，并在“金昌公安”微信公众号进行了公告（公示10天后依法作废）。
