- Level: High School, Kindergarten, Primary School
- Location(s): Nanjing, Jiangsu; Shenzhen, Guangdong; Hangzhou, Zhejiang; Wuhan, Hubei; Xi'an, Shaanxi; Yantai, Shandong; Wenzhou, Zhejiang;
- Subject(s): English (A-Level), Math, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and so on
- When to Start: Beginning of each semester
- Contract Length: One year and can be extended;
- Weekly Classes: 18-20 teaching hours per week
- Class Length: 30-45 mins per class
- Class Size: Max 30 students per class
- Office Hour: 8 working hours a day (including teaching)
- Additional Details: Students are 3-18 years old; You will be teaching a certain section from Kindergarten to Senior High School sections; Teaching materials are provided and feel free to have your own ideas.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range (CNY/Month): 20000-30000 CNY per month before tax based on qualifications and experiences
- Insurance: The employer pays
- Holidays and Vacations: Full pay school holidays (winter, summer, and national statutory holidays), but staff will be required in school for additional dates to be advised for induction, training and major activities.
- Accommodation: 3500 CNY housing allowance monthly for renting an apartment.
- Travelling and Flight Allowance: Economy single flights will be paid for (including spouse) at the start and end of contract; A relocation allowance will be paid to assist with the shipping of additional luggage etc.
- Other Benefits: Breakfast and lunch are provided free of charge for teachers during term-time; Free tuition for up to 2 children and 30% discounts on tuition for the rest of the children.
Requirements
- - Native English speakers from US CA GB AU NZ IE ZA
- - Teachers from native English speaking countries recognized by China
- - A bachelors degree or above
- - English or Education majors preferred
- - The subject(s) related majors preferred
- - At least 2 years of teaching experience
- - A TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred
- - Applicants both inside and outside of China are accepted
- - Applicants need to be under 50 years old.
- - Applicants need to have experience of teaching at an international school.
