According to the relevant provisions of the "Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China", the foreign man involved in the case was fined 5,000 yuan according to law, and the person in charge of the education consulting company involved in the case, Wang Mou, was fined 10,000 yuan according to law.

Article 41 Foreigners working in China shall obtain work permits and work-type residence permits in accordance with regulations. No unit or individual may employ foreigners who have not obtained work permits and work-type residence permits. Those who introduce foreigners for illegal employment shall be fined 5,000 yuan for each illegally introduced person, but the total amount shall not exceed 50,000 yuan; the unit shall be fined 5,000 yuan for each illegally introduced person, with a total amount not exceeding 100,000 yuan; there are illegal gains.
