Job Description
- Level: High School
- Location(s): Shanghai;
- Subject(s): English
- When to Start: Beginning of each semester
- Contract Length: One year and can be extended;
- Weekly Classes: 16-20 classes per week
- Class Length: 40-50 mins per class
- Class Size: 10-20 students per class
- Office Hour: 35 hours work per week (including teaching)
- Additional Details: Students are 13-17 years old; Teaching materials are provided and feel free to have your own ideas;
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range (CNY/Month): 20000-30000 CNY per month before tax
- Insurance: The employer pays
- Holidays and Vacations: Paid national statutory holidays, no less than 8-week paid winter and summer vacations.
- Accommodation: 3000 CNY housing allowance monthly for renting an off-campus apartment plus 500 CNY utility fees monthly.
- Travelling and Flight Allowance: 10000 CNY flight allowance paid yearly when about to finish an academic year contract.
- Other Benefits: Yearly salary increase, good performance bonus, airport pick up, professional training and workshop, eligible work visa, etc
Requirements
- - Teachers from native English speaking countries recognized by China
- - A bachelors degree or above
- - At least 2 years of teaching experience
- - A TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred
- - No criminal record
- - Applicants both inside and outside of China are accepted
- - Applicants need to be under 58 years old.
