I. At the request of Party A, Party B shall provide employment services to Party A, including job information sharing, interview arrangements, visa policy consultations, etc.
II. Party A shall pay Party B a one-time employment service fee totaling RMB 3000. Party A shall pay RMB 2000 first to Party B before receiving the employment contract or work agreement and shall pay the remaining RMB 1000 within the first month of starting work.
III. Party A shall truthfully provide their real situation, such as educational background, teaching experience, criminal background, visa application materials, etc.
IV. Party B shall truthfully communicate and provide feedback to both Party A and the employer about the real situation of both parties.
V. If Party A is unable to commence work due to reasons attributed to Party B or the employer, Party B shall refund all employment service fees paid by Party A.
VI. After Party A and the employer have signed the employment contract or work agreement, if Party A is unable to commence work due to personal reasons, Party B will not refund the employment service fees paid by Party A.
VII. Party B's services shall be considered complete once Party A obtains the new work permit in China.
