On November 22, the Guangzhou Foreign Experts Bureau released an official document detailing 3 new measures aimed at facilitating the work of foreign talents in Guangdong Province.<\/p>\n

2024\u5e7411\u670822\u65e5\uff0c\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u5916\u56fd\u4e13\u5bb6\u5c40\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u5b98\u65b9\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u5ba3\u5e03\u5c06\u91c7\u53d6\u4e09\u9879\u65b0\u63aa\u65bd\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u624d\u5728\u5e7f\u4e1c\u7701\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n

1. Easier Work Permit Transfer for Foreigners Working in Guangdong \/ \u5728\u7ca4\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u624d\u53ef\u5feb\u901f\u53d8\u66f4\u5de5\u4f5c\u5355\u4f4d<\/h3>\n

Foreigners working in Guangdong Province, with the consent of their current and new employers, can now be exempted from applying for a new work permit and from resubmitting application materials. They can directly and quickly apply for a change of employment online.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5e7f\u4e1c\u7701\u5185\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\uff0c\u7ecf\u5f53\u524d\u5de5\u4f5c\u5355\u4f4d\u548c\u65b0\u63a5\u6536\u5355\u4f4d\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u53ef\u514d\u4e8e\u7533\u8bf7\u65b0\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\uff0c\u514d\u4e8e\u91cd\u590d\u63d0\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u7ebf\u4e0a\u5feb\u901f\u7533\u8bf7\u53d8\u66f4\u5de5\u4f5c\u5355\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n

2. Facilitating Work Permit Application for Entrepreneurs Investing in Guangdong \/ \u4e3a\u5728\u7ca4\u6295\u8d44\u521b\u4e1a\u8005\u7533\u8bf7\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fbf\u5229<\/h3>\n

Foreigners who invest (actually paid-in) RMB 4 million or hold a stake of over 30%, have completed the registration of the business entity, and participate in daily operations in Guangzhou, can apply for a work permit (Category B). When applying for an extension of the work permit, proof materials such as actual paid-in capital verification certificates, financial vouchers, operating conditions, tax payment certificates, and social insurance contribution certificates for both Chinese and foreign employees must be submitted.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u5185\u6295\u8d44\uff08\u5b9e\u7f34\uff09400\u4e07\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u6216\u5360\u80a1\u6bd4\u4f8b30%\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e76\u5b8c\u6210\u7ecf\u8425\u4e3b\u4f53\u767b\u8bb0\u6ce8\u518c\u3001\u4e14\u53c2\u4e0e\u65e5\u5e38\u7ecf\u8425\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\uff0c\u7ecf\u6240\u5728\u533a\u5e02\u573a\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u95e8\u786e\u8ba4\uff0c\u53ef\u6309\u89c4\u5b9a\u7533\u8bf7\u529e\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\uff08B\u7c7b\uff09\u3002\u5ef6\u671f\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u9700\u63d0\u4ea4\u6309\u671f\u5b9e\u7f34\u51fa\u8d44\u8bc1\u660e\u4e66\u3001\u8d22\u52a1\u51ed\u8bc1\u3001\u7ecf\u8425\u60c5\u51b5\u3001\u7eb3\u7a0e\u8bc1\u660e\u3001\u4e2d\u5916\u7c4d\u5458\u5de5\u7f34\u7eb3\u793e\u4fdd\u8bc1\u660e\u7b49\u76f8\u5173\u8bc1\u660e\u6750\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n

3. Facilitating Work Permit Application for Foreign Graduates \/ \u4e3a\u5916\u7c4d\u9ad8\u6821\u6bd5\u4e1a\u751f\u6765\u7ca4\u5de5\u4f5c\u521b\u4e1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fbf\u5229<\/h3>\n

Foreign graduates with a master\u2019s degree or higher in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics from world-class universities (click to check) or 147 Chinese universities (click to check) can apply for a work permit (Type B) valid for up to one year, issued by their employer, within one year of graduation, without the requirement of prior work experience. They can apply for renewal when it is about to expire. If engaged in entrepreneurial activities, they can apply for a work permit (Type B) valid for up to one year from innovation and entrepreneurship incubation institutions such as business parks or incubators. The renewal period cannot exceed one year.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u9ad8\u6c34\u5e73\u5927\u5b66\uff08\u70b9\u51fb\u67e5\u8be2\uff09\u6216\u8005\u56fd\u5185147\u6240\u53cc\u4e00\u6d41\u5efa\u8bbe\u9ad8\u6821\uff08\u70b9\u51fb\u67e5\u8be2\uff09\u83b7\u5f97\u79d1\u5b66\u3001\u6280\u672f\u3001\u5de5\u7a0b\u3001\u6570\u5b66\u9886\u57df\u7855\u58eb\u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5b66\u4f4d\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u6bd5\u4e1a\u751f\uff0c\u81ea\u6bd5\u4e1a\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d771\u5e74\u5185\uff0c\u6709\u786e\u5b9a\u8058\u7528\u5355\u4f4d\u7684\uff0c\u53ef\u514d\u9664\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ecf\u5386\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u7531\u7528\u4eba\u5355\u4f4d\u4e3a\u5176\u529e\u7406\u6709\u6548\u671f\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc71\u5e74\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\uff08B\u7c7b\uff09\uff0c\u5230\u671f\u540e\u53ef\u6309\u89c4\u5b9a\u7533\u8bf7\u5ef6\u671f\uff1b\u4ece\u4e8b\u521b\u4e1a\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\uff0c\u53ef\u7531\u521b\u4e1a\u56ed\u3001\u5b75\u5316\u5668\u7b49\u521b\u65b0\u521b\u4e1a\u5b75\u5316\u673a\u6784\u4e3a\u5176\u7533\u8bf7\u529e\u7406\u6709\u6548\u671f\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc71\u5e74\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\uff08B\u7c7b\uff09\uff0c\u5230\u671f\u540e\u53ef\u518d\u6b21\u7533\u8bf7\u5ef6\u671f\uff0c\u5ef6\u671f\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc71\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n

The above-mentioned pilot measures shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall expire on December 31, 2025.<\/p>\n
