{"id":2422,"date":"2024-03-19T17:32:27","date_gmt":"2024-03-19T09:32:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.elitere.cn\/?p=2422"},"modified":"2024-03-19T17:37:59","modified_gmt":"2024-03-19T09:37:59","slug":"jinchang-police-detained-a-foreigner-for-illegal-residence-heres-why","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.elitere.cn\/2422","title":{"rendered":"Jinchang police detained a foreigner for illegal residence"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recently, <span style=\"text-indent: 2em;\">the Entry-Exit Administration Department of the Public Security Bureau of Jinchang City successfully cracked down on a case of illegal residence by a foreigner and imposed administrative penalties on the perpetrator according to the law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u91d1\u660c\u5e02\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6280\u672f\u5f00\u53d1\u533a\u5206\u5c40\u6cbb\u5b89\u5927\u961f\u5728\u91d1\u660c\u5e02\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u51fa\u5165\u5883\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u95e8\u6307\u5bfc\u914d\u5408\u4e0b\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u67e5\u5904\u4e00\u8d77\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u975e\u6cd5\u5c45\u7559\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u5bf9\u8fdd\u6cd5\u884c\u4e3a\u4eba\u4f9d\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u884c\u653f\u5904\u7f5a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2424 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/en.elitere.cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/03\/2024031909373960.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Upon investigation, the perpetrator (referred to as N) is of Cameroonian nationality and arrived in Jinchang City in October 2023. In November of the same year, she worked as a singer and MC at Jinchang Aist Entertainment Co., Ltd. in Jinchuan District of the city. However, after only 40 days of work, the individual left Jinchang without reporting to the Entry-Exit Administration Department of Jinchang Public Security Bureau and canceling her work visa as required by law. It is noteworthy that her work residence permit was declared invalid by the Jinchang Public Security Bureau on January 4, 2024, in accordance with the law and was announced on the \"Jinchang Public Security\" WeChat official account (invalidated after 10 days of public notice).<\/p>\n<p>\u7ecf\u67e5\uff0c\u8fdd\u6cd5\u884c\u4e3a\u4ebaN\uff08\u5316\u540d\uff09\u7cfb\u5580\u9ea6\u9686\u7c4d\u4eba\uff0c\u4e8e2023\u5e7410\u6708\u62b5\u8fbe\u91d1\u660c\u5e02\u3002\u540c\u5e7411\u6708\uff0c\u5176\u5728\u91d1\u660c\u5e02\u91d1\u5ddd\u533a\u91d1\u660c\u7231\u65af\u7279\u5a31\u4e50\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u4ece\u4e8b\u5531\u6b4c\u548c\u558a\u9ea6\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u4f46\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4ec540\u5929\u540e\uff0c\u8be5\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u64c5\u81ea\u79bb\u5f00\u91d1\u660c\uff0c\u5e76\u672a\u4f9d\u6cd5\u5411\u91d1\u660c\u5e02\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u51fa\u5165\u5883\u7ba1\u7406\u5904\u62a5\u5907\u5e76\u6ce8\u9500\u5176\u5de5\u4f5c\u7b7e\u8bc1\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5176\u6301\u6709\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u7c7b\u5c45\u7559\u8bb8\u53ef\u5df2\u4e8e2024\u5e741\u67084\u65e5\u88ab\u91d1\u660c\u5e02\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u4f9d\u6cd5\u5ba3\u5e03\u4f5c\u5e9f\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u201c\u91d1\u660c\u516c\u5b89\u201d\u5fae\u4fe1\u516c\u4f17\u53f7\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u516c\u544a\uff08\u516c\u793a10\u5929\u540e\u4f9d\u6cd5\u4f5c\u5e9f\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>It was later found that from January 15, 2024, the perpetrator had no valid visa, suspected of illegally residing for 54 days. In response to this illegal act, the Security Brigade of the Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinchang City, in accordance with Article 78 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, imposed an administrative penalty of five days' administrative detention on the suspect, N.<\/p>\n<p>\u540e\u67e5\u5b9e\uff0c\u81ea2024\u5e741\u670815\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u8fdd\u6cd5\u884c\u4e3a\u4eba\u672a\u6301\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u6709\u6548\u7b7e\u8bc1\uff0c\u6d89\u5acc\u975e\u6cd5\u5c45\u7559\u957f\u8fbe54\u5929\u3002\u9488\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e00\u8fdd\u6cd5\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u91d1\u660c\u5e02\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6280\u672f\u5f00\u53d1\u533a\u5206\u5c40\u6cbb\u5b89\u5927\u961f\u4f9d\u636e\u300a\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u51fa\u5883\u5165\u5883\u7ba1\u7406\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c\u4e03\u5341\u516b\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5bf9\u8fdd\u6cd5\u5acc\u7591\u4ebaN\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u884c\u653f\u62d8\u7559\u4e94\u65e5\u7684\u884c\u653f\u5904\u7f5a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>According to police reminders, \"Three Illegals\" foreign nationals, referring to those who illegally enter, reside, or work, not only pose challenges to border management and social security but also have negative impacts on China's population employment and resource allocation. Public security organs can, in addition to warning, fining, or administratively detaining \"Three Illegals\" foreigners according to the law, also deport them. Any unit or individual who shelters or hides foreigners who illegally enter or reside, assists them in evading inspection, provides them with entry-exit documents illegally, or introduces them to illegal employment or employs them illegally, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China.
