To facilitate foreign business expatriates working and living in China, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, in collaboration with relevant departments, has compiled A Guide to Working and Living in China as Business Expatriates (2024 Edition) . It includes four parts, Notes, Daily Life Services, Services for Stay and Residence in China, and Relevant Services for Work in China, covering matters such as residence registration, SIM card, bank card, residence permit, work permit, social insurance, mobile payment, transportation, payment of individual income tax, and etc.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4fbf\u5229\u5916\u56fd\u5546\u52a1\u4eba\u58eb\u5728\u534e\u5de5\u4f5c\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u5546\u52a1\u90e8\u4f1a\u540c\u76f8\u5173\u90e8\u95e8\u6c47\u7f16\u4e86\u300a\u5916\u56fd\u5546\u52a1\u4eba\u58eb\u5728\u534e\u5de5\u4f5c\u751f\u6d3b\u6307\u5f15\u300b\uff082024\u5e74\u7248\uff09\uff0c\u5206\u4e3a\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9879\u3001\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u5728\u534e\u505c\u5c45\u7559\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u5728\u534e\u5de5\u4f5c\u76f8\u5173\u670d\u52a1\u56db\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u6db5\u76d6\u529e\u7406\u4f4f\u5bbf\u3001\u901a\u4fe1\u5361\u3001\u94f6\u884c\u5361\u3001\u5c45\u7559\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u9669\u3001\u5f00\u901a\u79fb\u52a8\u652f\u4ed8\u3001\u4e58\u5750\u4ea4\u901a\u5de5\u5177\u3001\u7f34\u7eb3\u4e2a\u4eba\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\u7b49\u4e8b\u9879\uff0c\u4f9b\u5916\u56fd\u5546\u52a1\u4eba\u58eb\u5728\u534e\u5de5\u4f5c\u751f\u6d3b\u53c2\u8003\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

Residence Registration \u4f4f\u5bbf\u767b\u8bb0<\/h3>\n

(1)\u00a0For foreigners staying in a hotel, residence registration can be handled by the hotel. Foreigners can register residence by presenting a valid passport or other international travel documents at the hotel reception.<\/p>\n

(2) Foreigners, who stay\u00a0elsewhere, need to\u00a0 register residence at the local police station within 24 hours after arrival.\u00a0Foreigners can register your residence at the local police station by presenting a valid passport or other international travel documents, along with the rental contract or immovable property rights certificate.<\/p>\n

(1)\u00a0\u82e5\u5165\u4f4f\u9152\u5e97\uff0c\u53ef\u7531\u9152\u5e97\u529e\u7406\u3002\u6301\u6709\u6548\u62a4\u7167\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u9645\u65c5\u884c\u8bc1\u4ef6\u5728\u9152\u5e97\u524d\u53f0\u529e\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n

(2) \u82e5\u5165\u4f4f\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u987b\u572824\u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u5411\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\u6d3e\u51fa\u6240\u62a5\u5230\u767b\u8bb0\u3002\u643a\u5e26\u6709\u6548\u62a4\u7167\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u9645\u65c5\u884c\u8bc1\u4ef6\u3001\u79df\u623f\u5408\u540c\u6216\u623f\u4ea7\u8bc1\u5230\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\u6d3e\u51fa\u6240\u529e\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n

Visa Attentions \u7b7e\u8bc1\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9879<\/h3>\n

(1) Validity period of visa.\u00a0Foreigners, who enter China with a visa and plan to work and live in China,\u00a0need to apply for a residence permit within 30 days from the date of entry according to relevant requirements.\u00a0If an extension of the duration of stay specified in the visa is required, the application should be submitted to the exit and entry administration authority of the public security organ of the local people's government at or above the\u00a0county level in the place of residence, at\u00a0least 7 days before the expiration of the duration of stay specified in the visa, with the relevant materials relating to the purpose of the application.<\/p>\n

(2) Validity period of residence permit. Foreigners, who need to stay in China after the\u00a0expiration of residence permits, shall apply for an extension 30 days before the expiration. Foreigners, who hold a valid residence permit and have changed passport or had other items on the residence permit changed, shall apply to the exit and entry administration authority of the public security organ for information change within 10 days from the date the changes occur.<\/p>\n

(3) Validity period of work permit.<\/p>\n

\u2776 Foreigners working within China should obtain a work permit. Those who work in China for no more than 90 days shall apply for a Z visa from the Chinese embassy (consulate) with the Notification Letter for Foreigner's Work Permit, and work in China within the time indicated\u00a0on the visa. Those who work in China more than 90 days shall apply for a Z visa from the Chinese embassy (consulate) with\u00a0 the Notification Letter for Foreigner's Work Permit, and apply to the administration department of foreigners working in China where the employer is located for a Foreigner's Work Permit within 30 days from the date of entry, and work in China within the validity period of the work permit.<\/p>\n

\u2777 An application for extension shall be submitted to the administration department of foreigners working in\u00a0China where the employer is located 30 days before the expiration of the Foreigner's Work Permit.<\/p>\n

\u2778 In case of any change in personal\u00a0information (name, passport number,\u00a0and position), an application for change shall be submitted to the administration department of foreigners working in China where the employer is located within 10 working days from the date the changes occur.<\/p>\n

(1) \u5173\u6ce8\u7b7e\u8bc1\u6709\u6548\u671f\u3002\u6301\u7b7e\u8bc1\u5165\u5883\uff0c\u8ba1\u5212\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5883\u5185\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\uff0c\u81ea\u5165\u5883\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d7730\u65e5\u5185\u6839\u636e\u6761\u4ef6\u6362\u6210\u5c45\u7559\u8bb8\u53ef\uff1b\u82e5\u9700\u8981\u5ef6\u957f\u7b7e\u8bc1\u505c\u7559\u671f\u9650\u7684\uff0c\u5e94\u5f53\u5728\u7b7e\u8bc1\u6ce8\u660e\u7684\u505c\u7559\u671f\u9650\u5c4a\u6ee17\u65e5\u524d\u5411\u505c\u7559\u5730\u53bf\u7ea7\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5730\u65b9\u4eba\u6c11\u653f\u5e9c\u516c\u5b89\u673a\u5173\u51fa\u5165\u5883\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u95e8\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u6309\u7167\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\u4e8b\u7531\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u6750\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n

(2) \u5173\u6ce8\u5c45\u7559\u8bb8\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u671f\u3002\u5c45\u7559\u8bb8\u53ef\u671f\u6ee1\u540e\u7ee7\u7eed\u505c\u7559\u7684\uff0c\u9700\u5728\u6709\u6548\u671f\u6ee1\u524d30\u65e5\u7533\u8bf7\u5ef6\u671f\u3002\u6301\u6709\u6548\u5c45\u7559\u8bb8\u53ef\uff0c\u82e5\u66f4\u6362\u65b0\u62a4\u7167\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5c45\u7559\u8bc1\u4ef6\u767b\u8bb0\u4e8b\u9879\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u52a8\u7684\uff0c\u9700\u572810\u65e5\u5185\u5230\u516c\u5b89\u673a\u5173\u51fa\u5165\u5883\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u95e8\u7533\u8bf7\u529e\u7406\u4fe1\u606f\u53d8\u66f4\u3002<\/p>\n

(3) \u5173\u6ce8\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u671f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u2776\u00a0\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5883\u5185\u5de5\u4f5c\u5e94\u5f53\u53d6\u5f97\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u3002\u6765\u534e\u5de5\u4f5c90\u65e5\uff08\u542b90\u65e5\uff09\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\uff0c\u6301\u300a\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u901a\u77e5\u300b\u5411\u4e2d\u56fd\u9a7b\u5916\u4f7f\uff08\u9886\uff09\u9986\u7533\u8bf7Z\u5b57\u7b7e\u8bc1\uff0c\u6309\u7167\u7b7e\u8bc1\u6807\u6ce8\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u5728\u534e\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u6765\u534e\u5de5\u4f5c90\u65e5\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\uff0c\u6301\u300a\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u901a\u77e5\u300b\u5411\u4e2d\u56fd\u9a7b\u5916\u4f7f\uff08\u9886\uff09\u9986\u7533\u8bf7Z\u5b57\u7b7e\u8bc1\uff0c\u5165\u5883\u540e30\u65e5\u5185\u5411\u5de5\u4f5c\u5355\u4f4d\u6240\u5728\u5730\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u6765\u534e\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u95e8\u7533\u9886\u300a\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u300b\uff0c \u6309\u7167\u6807\u6ce8\u7684\u6709\u6548\u671f\u5728\u534e\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n

\u2777\u00a0\u300a\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u300b\u6709\u6548\u671f\u5c4a\u6ee130\u65e5\u524d\uff0c\u5e94\u5f53\u5411\u5de5\u4f5c\u5355\u4f4d\u6240\u5728\u5730\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u6765\u534e\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u95e8\u63d0\u51fa\u5ef6\u671f\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n

\u2778\u00a0\u82e5\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\uff08\u59d3\u540d\u3001\u62a4\u7167\u53f7\u3001\u804c\u52a1\uff09\u7b49\u4e8b\u9879\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u66f4\u7684\uff0c\u5e94\u81ea\u53d8\u66f4\u4e8b\u9879\u53d1\u751f\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d7710\u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5185\uff0c\u5411\u5de5\u4f5c\u5355\u4f4d\u6240\u5728\u5730\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u6765\u534e\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ba1\u7406\u90e8\u95e8\u7533\u8bf7\u53d8\u66f4\u3002<\/p>\n
