Generally, the application to the Philippine government is made by the employing agent or employer.<\/p>\n<p>OEC is not a substitute for a Type B work permit notice. Both documents are mandatory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The OEC application steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Notarization of employment contracts<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0Certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs<\/p>\n<p>3.
