Recently, the police of the Public Security Management Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Yijinhuoluo Banner, Inner Mongolia, discovered during a routine inspection that a foreign man was suspected of illegal employment in an education consulting company in the jurisdiction.<\/p>\n
\u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u5185\u8499\u53e4\u4f0a\u91d1\u970d\u6d1b\u65d7\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u6cbb\u5b89\u7ba1\u7406\u5927\u961f\u6c11\u8b66\u5728\u4f8b\u884c\u68c0\u67e5\u65f6\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u8f96\u533a\u67d0\u6559\u80b2\u54a8\u8be2\u516c\u53f8\u6709\u4e00\u540d\u5916\u7c4d\u7537\u5b50\u6d89\u5acc\u975e\u6cd5\u5c31\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n
After investigation, the education consulting company hired a foreign man as a foreign teacher, but the police found that\u00a0the foreign man had not obtained the work permit and work\u00a0residence permit\u00a0for employment in my country, which was illegal employment. The main person in charge of the education consulting company, Wang Mou, hired the foreign man to engage in teaching activities without checking the relevant documents, which constituted an illegal employment of foreigners.<\/p>\n
\u7ecf\u67e5\uff0c\u8be5\u6559\u80b2\u54a8\u8be2\u516c\u53f8\u8058\u7528\u4e00\u5916\u7c4d\u7537\u5b50\u62c5\u4efb\u5916\u6559\uff0c\u4f46\u6c11\u8b66\u5374\u53d1\u73b0\u8be5\u5916\u7c4d\u7537\u5b50\u672a\u53d6\u5f97\u5728\u6211\u56fd\u5c31\u4e1a\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u53ca\u5c31\u4e1a\u7c7b\u5c45\u7559\u8bc1\u4ef6\uff0c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u975e\u6cd5\u5c31\u4e1a\u3002\u8be5\u6559\u80b2\u54a8\u8be2\u516c\u53f8\u4e3b\u8981\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u738b\u67d0\u5728\u672a\u6838\u67e5\u76f8\u5173\u8bc1\u4ef6\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4fbf\u8058\u7528\u8be5\u5916\u7c4d\u7537\u5b50\u4ece\u4e8b\u6559\u5b66\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5df2\u6784\u6210\u975e\u6cd5\u8058\u7528\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u884c\u4e3a\u3002<\/p>\n
According to the relevant provisions of the \"Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China\", the foreign man involved in the case was fined 5,000 yuan according to law, and the person in charge of the education consulting company involved in the case, Wang Mou, was fined 10,000 yuan according to law.<\/p>\n

\"Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China\"<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u300a\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u51fa\u5883\u5165\u5883\u7ba1\u7406\u6cd5\u300b<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Article 41<\/strong> Foreigners working in China shall obtain work permits and work-type residence permits in accordance with regulations. No unit or individual may employ foreigners who have not obtained work permits and work-type residence permits. Those who introduce foreigners for illegal employment shall be fined 5,000 yuan for each illegally introduced person, but the total amount shall not exceed 50,000 yuan; the unit shall be fined 5,000 yuan for each illegally introduced person, with a total amount not exceeding 100,000 yuan; there are illegal gains.
